Summary The Educational Support Specialist (ESS) will take a lead role in supporting the quality of the educational programs in the schools. The ESS conducts ongoing education program quality assessments. The number and length of the education-focused visits are determined by the ESS depending on the educational need of the school. The ESS also runs mock health & safety audits as deemed necessary based on the state of the school. The ESS provides leadership and guidance in support of the school’s efforts to meet their identified education goals and works with the assigned FBC and advertising representative to support the school’s success. The ESS also supports school training needs either directly or by connecting schools to appropriate Goddard Systems University resources and personnel. Job Responsibilities Provide change leadership to support schools in successfully developing a premier educational program Collaborate with school management team to identify areas for improvement, set goals and track accomplishments Communicate activities and results to operations, marketing/PR, and education team colleagues Conduct mock health & safety quality assurance visits as needed Conduct evaluations of the education program using the Education Improvement Plan (EIP) and collaborate with schools on an educational action plan and any needed follow up activities to address areas of challenge Monitor that educational programs are appropriately implemented, evaluated and refined Support faculty professional development, evaluation of teaching, and teaching observation and feedback structures Perform other job duties as requested
