Additional Job Information Title: Exec Dir, Physician Services City, State:  Nashville,TN Location:  ST Heart - Harding Rd Department:   MSO Additional Job Details:  FT Days  Job Description Summary: The Exec Dir, Physician Services formulates and oversees the organization's planning, policies and practices in collaboration with executive leadership. Responsibilities: Participates in development of the organization's vision, policies and short- and long-term objectives. Develops, implements and monitors operating budgets for areas of responsibility. Maintains knowledge of industry trends and recommends cost effective and efficient solutions. Serves as liaison between Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies. Education & Experience: Five (5) years management experience in specific area of responsibility, preferably in a medical setting or equivalent combination of education and experience. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.  Master's Degree in business or related field preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Current Licensure by state regulatory agency, if applicable to professional licensure.  Certification as CMPE, FACHE and/or CPA preferred.
