Group: CORPClearance Level Needed: NoneShift: DayCategory: Programs & OperationsManTech International is in search of an Executive Director of Pricing to work in Herndon, Va.• Manages daily activities related to pricing proposals, manpower forecasting/basis of estimates, basis of materials, subcontract price analyses, and proposal production of the cost volume across the entire corporation&s enterprise. • Leads reviews with executive personnel on pricing and strategy of proposals. • Manages the cost estimating system, all artifacts, tools, databases, and announcements in regards to these items. • Provides guidance for negotiations of contract prices and terms. • Provides oversight and interface with all Government Price Proposal audits to include DCAA proposal reviews. • Manages pricing department of approximately 15 analysts, with 3 direct reporting managers.Qualifications:• Requires Bachelor&s degree or equivalent in Finance or Business Administration,• Twelve to fifteen years& experience in finance or project management, including supervisory and/or management experience• Knowledge of cost/schedule control systems
