RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Metallurgical Process Engineer in Dearborn, MI.Responsibilities: Leads process improvement in safety, quality, and productivity at the Hot Dip Galvanizing Line Investigates root cause and leads corrective action of customer claims Responsible for the development of product inspection processes Training and team development of inspectors including: Safety requirements Dispositioning of material Defect identification Customer requirements Responsible for process testing at the HDGL including: Determination of required tests Developing procedures Data collection and storage methodology Laboratory development, Parsytec implementation
